Business Development Executive

Role Summary

• The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new clients, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth through effective relationship management and service promotion.
• This role suits an experienced professional who enjoys direct client interaction and contributing to business growth through consistent engagement and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and develop opportunities for service engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client documentation
• Conduct basic market and industry research to identify growth opportunities
• Support negotiations and follow through on client onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
• Support marketing and client engagement initiatives, including digital channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any Social Science discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client-facing sales, business development, or service delivery roles
• Experience within outsourcing, HR services, or professional services environments is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with good relationship management ability
• Persuasive presentation and proposal support skills
• Basic understanding of outsourcing services and labour compliance requirements
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client engagements
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Basic digital marketing and social media engagement skills
• Proficiency in standard proposal and documentation tools.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
