Nursing Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, from infants to adolescents.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures, and monitor patients’ conditions and progress.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention, hygiene, patient safety, and clinical practice.
- Provide education, guidance, and reassurance to patients, parents, and guardians on care plans, medications, hygiene, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Participate in clinical handovers, team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental audits.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and promptly report changes in patients’ conditions or other clinical concerns.
- Comply with the hospital policies, clinical protocols, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.
