Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Manager (POS Terminal Solutions)

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sales, Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive POS terminal deployment, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple territories.
- This is a high-impact role for a self-starter with proven fintech sales experience and an existing network in the payments ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience selling or deploying POS terminals (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and payment solutions
- Background with fintechs, payment companies, or banking institutions
- Existing network of merchants, aggregators, and agents (highly valued)
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
What We Offer
- ₦200,000 base salary + 5% commission on all revenue generated.
