Job Description
- We are looking for a Research Assistant / Data Analyst to support research, data analysis, and program implementation.
- If you have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Nigeria’s democratic landscape, and a passion for data-driven impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
- Understanding of Nigeria's democratic institutions
- Familiarity with governance issues.
Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with SPSS, STATA, or Power BI is an advantage
- Good writing and analytical skills
- Knowledge of research methodologies: quantitative + qualitative
