Terminal Operations Manager (South East)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned terminal within a region, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Lead, supervise, and support terminal employees to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
- Ensure efficient fleet utilization, timely vehicle departures and arrivals, and effective coordination with the Fleet and Maintenance teams.
- Drive exceptional customer experience by maintaining service quality, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Monitor regional operational performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transport laws, company policies, and operational risk management requirements.
- Manage regional operational budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience Officers, HR, Finance, Tech, and Maintenance, to support seamless business operations.
- Conduct regular terminal audits, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
