Key Responsibilities
- Filing: Store and organize physical and digital documents.
- Checking: Review records for accuracy and compliance.
- Tracking: Update logs for batch records and certificates.
- Retrieval: Help staff find files quickly when needed.
- Safety: Keep all company data safe and confidential.
Requirements
- Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Experience in a pharmacy or factory helps.
- Skills: Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Traits: Very organized and detail-oriented.
- Applicant must be based in Onitsha.
