Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Server Executive to manage and optimize our enterprise server infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
- If you have a strong background in Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud technologies, and infrastructure operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.
- Manage server patching, backups, disaster recovery, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot server incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure high availability.
- Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Implement server security standards, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to support business operations and IT projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8-15 years of experience in server administration or infrastructure operations.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS), VMware/Hyper-V, AWS/Azure, backup solutions (Veeam / Commvault), and patch management tools (SCCM/WSUS).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, infrastructure monitoring, and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
