Female Concierge

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a professional, warm, and highly service-oriented Concierge to join theirhospitality team.
• The Concierge will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, local recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and general support to ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of hospitality standards, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Provide guests with accurate information about their service
• Assist guests with special requests, celebrations, bookings, and personalized experiences.
• Provide recommendations based on guests' preferences, budgets, and interests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and escalate issues where necessary.
• Assist guests withdirections, deliveries, and other practical needs when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, bookings, and arrangements.
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure they have been satisfactorily resolved.
• Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.
• Ensure all concierge activities comply with the hotel's policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office or Guest Services Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge, guest relations, front office, customer service, or similar hospitality role.
• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling demanding guests or challenging situations.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• The role involves frequent interaction with guests and may require prolonged periods of standing and walking. The Concierge will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and may be required to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Remuneration
N250,000 - NGN 350,000 monthly + additional benefits.
