Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities (First 3 Months)
- Build and manage a high-performing field sales team organised by market clusters.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand pricing trends, product preferences, customer behaviour, and competitor activities within assigned locations.
- Drive the onboarding and engagement of small to micro healthcare retailers.
- Lead the sales and distribution of the company’s aggregated product portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular market intelligence and sales reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, field sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related sectors is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
