Marketing Executive (Operations Support)

Role Purpose

• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives, customer engagement, sales activities, and day-to-day operations to drive business growth and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
• Manage social media platforms and support the creation of marketing content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
• Coordinate marketing activities, meetings, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth coordination of daily business activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, sales activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Track marketing performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Perform other marketing and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or operations support.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
