Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with inventory records on our ERP system. Evaluate inventory management practices to ensure accurate tracking and minimize shrinkage across all our branches. Work with the branch managers to ensure accurate inventory controls in all our branches. Liaise with the warehouse / distribution centre to ensure all inventory is moved according to company policies. Conduct thorough and objective internal audits of financial and operational activities. Assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyze data and prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations to management. Collaborate with various departments to understand processes and identify risks. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies. Support external auditors during annual audits and other reviews. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification are an added advantage. Minimum 2-3 years experience as an auditor, preferably in a retail environment, is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards. Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resumption immediately
