Safety, Health, Environmental & Security Coordinator I

Description
- We are seeking a proactive Safety, Health, Environmental & Security Coordinator I to support turnaround activities by coordinating site security operations, contractor screening, and emergency preparedness.
- The successful candidate will help ensure a safe and secure working environment while supporting compliance with Company security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
- Develop and administer contractor screening criteria and processes.
- Coordinate contractor screening and access pass issuance.
- Develop and maintain the turnaround (T/A) security plan.
- Conduct additional contractor screening and pass issuance during project execution as required.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of site security programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in security coordination or a related field.
- Knowledge of site security and emergency preparedness practices.
- Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
