HR Officer (Manufacturing)

Job Title: Human Resource Officer Location: ilupeju, Lagos State Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support our HR department. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records, provide administrative support, and assist with various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR records.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance.

2. Support and Communication:

• Answer HR-related queries from applicants and employees.
• Refer complex issues to senior HR staff or management.
• Act as a liaison with external benefits providers and vendors.

3. Payroll and Benefits:

• Assist with payroll functions, including data analysis.
• Compute overtime and resolve processing errors.
• Process monthly statutory remittances (NSITF, PENSION).

4. Recruitment and Onboarding: - Conduct or assist with new hire orientation. 5. Event Planning: - Assist with planning and execution of HR-related events. 6. Administrative Support: - Provide clerical support to the HR department. Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR or an administrative role.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, payroll processes, and labor laws.
