Banquet Servers

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Server, located in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Banquet Server will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience during events by serving food and beverages, organizing banquet setups, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role also involves providing attentive and courteous customer service, collaborating with team members, and addressing guests’ needs to create memorable experiences. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities Excellent Customer Service skills and a guest-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior experience in banquet or hospitality services is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Benefits Competitive Salary Free feeding and Accommodation
