Head Master / Mistress

Qualification and Experience

  • A good Bachelors Degree in Education (Science) or Education (Humanities), atleast Second- class honours, lower division with a minimum of fifteen (15) Years post qualification relevant experience in teaching and management at primary and or secondary level.
  • A Masters degree in Education will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is also an added advantage.
  • Those above sixty years of age need not apply.

Salary and Conditions of Service

  • The starting salary of a Headmaster/mistress shall be CONTISS 14 Step 1 (i.e. N5,125,329 per annum).
  • Other allowances will be paid as appropriate.
  • Single term of five (5) years subject to satisfactory service.
