Key Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently operate cash register
Process payments made with cash, cheque, POS, credit and debit cards.
Process returns and exchanges.
Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer.
Prepare and raise invoices.
Operate POS system
Maintain cleanand tidy checkout areas.
Follow the company process accurately and efficiently

Key Requirements

Minimum OND qualification.
1 - 3 years relevant work experience in retail preferable but not essential.
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment i.e. cash register, scanner, money counters.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Customer’s satisfaction oriented.
Attention to details
Sales and mathematical skills.
