Marketing Executive

Job Summary
- The Marketer will support the planning and execution of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, attract customers, and support business growth.
- The role requires a combination of creativity, communication, market research, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence where required.
- Generate and follow up on marketing leads in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights that can support marketing decisions.
- Build relationships with prospective customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Track marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools is an advantage.
