Job Summary
- As the Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads and pastries while ensuring consistency, accuracy in measurements, and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breads and pastries daily, following approved recipes and standards
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients to ensure consistency in production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety standards
- Monitor baking processes and report any issues with ingredients or equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in baking (bread and pastries)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and recipe scaling
- Certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is an advantage
- High level of discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
