Job Summary

• We are seeking versatile staff who can support related functions while maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene and service.

Duties

• Prepare and weigh ingredients; mix, divide and shape dough; control proofing and baking; follow standard recipes; cool, slice, count, package and label finished bread; prepare orders for dispatch and maintain clean workstations.

Requirements

• At least two years of practical commercial bread-baking experience.
• Sound knowledge of dough handling, fermentation and oven operation.
• Baking or catering certification is an advantage.

General Requirements:

• Applicants must be honest, dependable, safety-conscious and able to work well with others.
• Candidates should be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends where required, and able to commute reliably to Kubwa. State additional skills that would enable you to support related departments.
• Relevant practical competence will receive strong consideration for production roles.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on the role, experience and demonstrated competence.
