JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or online.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update databases as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
