Job Summary

• Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Food Manufacturing Project Manager to lead food manufacturing and product development projects for clients across multiple industries.
• The successful candidate will manage projects from product concept through commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance, manufacturing readiness, quality standards, and timely delivery while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead food manufacturing and product development projects from concept to market.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate product formulation, pilot production, scale-up, and commercialization.
• Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve production processes and product quality.
• Support proposal development, project scoping, and client engagement.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology,or a related field.
• 4 – 6years' experience in food manufacturing, product development, or food processing.
• Proven experience managing food products from concept to commercial production.
• Strong knowledge of NAFDAC registration, GMP, HACCP, and food manufacturing processes.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience working within a food manufacturing facility or food processing company.
