Job Summary :

A solid Client Service Manager, who will manage client relationships, drive seamless campaign execution, and uncover growth opportunities. You will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and results.

Job Description :

Client Database Management:

• Manage and maintain the client database, of all partnerships, and high-level partnerships.
• Managing and assessing the customer life cycle and the digital experience life cycle.
• Manage and develop relationships with key partners to support the company's growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact and the mouthpiece of the company to clients and partners.

Client Service Tools:

• Utilize client service tools to streamline communication and manage client interactions efficiently.
• Monitoring customer interactions for insights and data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Media, Technology, Data Analytics, and Production

Client Meetings:

• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters, announcements, and milestone communications.

Regular Check-ins and Feedback:

• Compile and report client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present campaign performance insight

Client Briefs and Reports:

• Gather briefs from clients and ensure their needs and requirements are met.
• Provide detailed reports to clients regarding progress and achievements.
• Milestone Communication and Achievements:
• Communicate key milestones and achievements to clients regularly.
• Creating the digital experience strategy and assisting with the customer experience strategy.

Job Qualification:

• A degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or related field.
• 3- 5 years proven experience in client facing role or a similar role.
• Advertising/Marketing/Media Agency experience is a plus.
