WE ARE HIRING – WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Location: Lagos Industry: Manufacturing Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦340,000 We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Officer to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, health, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse activity reports.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
