Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments including facials, body massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicure, and pedicure.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable skincare and wellness treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures and aftercare.
• Monitor treatment products and report low stock levels.
• Participate in approved photo and video content creation for the company's social media platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field (relevant professional certifications are an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of facial and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
