Mixologist / Coffee Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and other specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure all drinks are presented neatly and consistently.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee/bar station, equipment, utensils, and work area.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, grinders, mixers, and other beverage equipment properly.
• Monitor stock levels of beverage ingredients and report shortages promptly.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients.
• Recommend beverages and upsell menu items to customers.
• Handle payments and POS transactions accurately where required.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with drink safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve minor customer complaints professionally and escalate major issues to management.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Reduce wastage and prevent loss of beverage supplies.
• Attend training sessions and follow company operational standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2 years experience.
