Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) for the Prequalification of Vendors for the Supply of Goods to Aid Initiative to Support Vulnerable and Idle People (AISVIP)
Purpose
- To identify, assess, and prequalify competent vendors capable of supplying quality goods and related services required for the implementation of AISVIP humanitarian programmes.
Objectives
- Strengthen AISVIP's existing vendor database.
- Promote transparent, fair and competitive procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality goods.
- Promote value for money and donor compliance.
- Enhance accountability and ethical business practices.
Procurement Lots:
- LOT 1: Dignity Kits for Women, Girls and GBV Survivors (Approx. 172 complete kits including hygiene and household items).
- LOT 2: Disability Inclusion and Assistive Devices including wheelchairs, crutches, walking sticks, ramps, handrails, accessible furniture, signage and installation works.
- LOT 3: Family Tracing and Reunification (FTR) materials and documentation kits.
- LOT 4: Child Friendly Space Play and Learning Materials including toys, learning aids, psychosocial support materials and storage items.
- LOT 5: Feedback and PSEA Reporting Boxes including lockable complaint boxes, installation and pictorial instructions.
Project Locations
- Current implementation locations are Jere LGA, Borno State and Fune LGA, Yobe State. AISVIP reserves the right to amend locations based on programme needs.
- Vendors should demonstrate the capacity to deliver goods and/or services to both Jere LGA, Borno State, and Fune LGA, Yobe State
Eligibility Requirements
- Company Profile with physical address, telephone number and email address.
- CAC Certificate or equivalent business registration.
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of relevant experience.
- Authorised focal person's contact details.
- Clear indication of the Lot(s) applied for.
- This is an Expression of Interest only.
- Detailed specifications, quantities, evaluation criteria and solicitation documents will be issued only to shortlisted vendors.
Safeguarding, Ethics and Procurement Integrity:
- AISVIP is committed to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, safeguarding and transparency. AISVIP operates a free, fair, transparent and competitive procurement process.
- No payment, registration fee, processing fee, commission, gift or inducement is required or accepted at any stage of this Expression of Interest. Anyone requesting money or favours in connection with this process is acting without AISVIP's authority and should be reported immediately.
- AISVIP maintains zero tolerance for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), Sexual Harassment (SH), child abuse, fraud, corruption, bribery, conflict of interest and all other unethical practices. Shortlisted vendors shall be required to comply with AISVIP's Supplier Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Child Protection, PSEAH and Anti-Fraud policies before any contract award.
Any vendor found to have engaged in fraud, corruption, collusion, or safeguarding violations may be disqualified at any stage of the procurement process.
Evaluation:
- Applications will be assessed based on legal compliance, relevant experience, technical capacity, past performance, organisational capability and safeguarding commitment. Successful applicants will be added to AISVIP's existing vendor database.
General Conditions:
- Participation in this EOI is completely free of charge.
- Registration does not guarantee invitation to tender or contract award.
- AISVIP reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
- Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered.
- Applicants bear all costs of preparing and submitting their applications.
