Job Summary
- The Customer Sales Associate (Bakery) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with bakery products, maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring product freshness, and supporting daily bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked bakery displays.
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Promote bakery products and ongoing promotions.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must stay around Wuse 2.
