Job Description
- Carry out regular audit on operations processes to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
- Maintain financial security by adhering to internal control processes.
- Maintain customer and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Assist in preparing monthly schedule for account preparation
- Appraise and evaluate company’s real assets and equipment, recording information such as the property's description and depreciation rate
- Survey operations to ascertain internal control needs and recommend and maintain solutions to the business issues
- Keeps up-to-date on audit procedures and regulations by attending conferences, workshops, and continuing education seminars.
- Analyses audit results to determine methods for increasing profits and decreasing unnecessary costs.
- Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal record.
Qualification
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related discipline
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ post NYSC Experience working as an Internal Auditor
- Student membership of CITN/ ICAN/ACCA will be an advantage
- Practical knowledge with accounting tools and software, including excel
- Candidates must live close to the work location.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
