- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Process payments and manage petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and auditing activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with vendors as needed.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (proficiency in English required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Tally accounting software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ relevant experience in accounting.
