- Minimum of SSCE / OND; NCE is an added advantage.
- Previous experience caring for children in a school, daycare, or similar setting is preferred.
- Genuine love for children and a caring, patient disposition.
- Ability to supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the children's environment.
- Responsible, punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively with a team.
