Job Summary

• The Marketer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth through the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brand activation campaigns in line with the company's marketing strategy
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
• Gather and report market insights, customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, sales visits, and promotional events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales, or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Experience in field marketing and consumer activation is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
