Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

Job Purpose

• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive property sales.
• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering measurable business results through paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
• This role requires a data-driven marketer who is passionate about achieving measurable ROI and continuously improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive property sales.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copy to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Design, implement, and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to increase lead generation and customer conversion.
• Generate high-quality sales leads and collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure effective lead qualification, handover, and follow-up.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging digital marketing opportunities, trends, and audience insights to improve customer acquisition and business growth.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising and lead generation.
• Demonstrable success in generating qualified leads and sales through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ads
• Hands-on experience in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefit

• Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly + Attractive Commission + Performance Bonus + HMO.
