- We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers / Project Managers to oversee residential and high-end construction projects.
- The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential and luxury construction projects
- Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design and specifications
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction/project management
- Experience working in high-demand locations such as Lekki, Ikoyi, Banana Island is an advantage.
- Strong background in residential and high-rise developments
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
