Brand Marketer (Hybrid)

Job Summary
- The Brand Marketer will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies.
- Manage brand positioning and corporate communications.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage social media, content and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate agencies, vendors and marketing partners.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns.
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Manage customer insights and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Prepare marketing performance reports for management.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND/OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- CIM, CMI, MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- 5+ years' marketing experience, preferably with management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and analytics.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills.
