Job Purpose

• The Business Manager – Integrated Cleaning Services is responsible for the strategic leadership, business expansion, operational performance and profitability of the Integrated Cleaning Services Business Unit.
• The role drives the growth of the business as an independent profit centre by expanding market share, developing new service offerings, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence across garment care, commercial and residential cleaning, fumigation, pest control and facility management services.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Commercial Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and increase market share.
• Identify, secure and manage commercial, corporate and institutional service contracts.
• Develop new service offerings and value-added solutions to diversify revenue streams.
• Build strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and competitive advantage.
• Promote the business brand and strengthen customer loyalty.

Operations & Service Delivery:

• Provide leadership for all integrated cleaning and facility support operations.
• Ensure efficient planning, scheduling and delivery of services across all business lines.
• Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize the utilization of personnel, equipment and operational resources.

Financial & Asset Management:

• Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets and revenue forecasts.
• Drive profitability through effective cost management and operational efficiency.
• Monitor business performance against revenue and profit targets.
• Ensure proper utilization, maintenance and replacement planning for operational assets and equipment.

Leadership & Performance Management:

• Lead, mentor and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Establish performance targets and monitor productivity across the business unit.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Identify training and development needs to strengthen workforce capability.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, HSE standards and quality management systems.
• Strengthen operational controls, risk management and business continuity practices.
• Prepare periodic business performance reports for Executive Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in Business Management, Facility Management, Project Management or related fields is desirable.
• Minimum of 7–10 years' relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar management role.

Authority:

• The Business Manager – Integrated Cleaning Services is authorized to manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit, deploy operational resources, negotiate service contracts within delegated authority, approve operational expenditure in line with approved limits, and implement strategies necessary to achieve the business unit's growth, profitability and service delivery objectives.

Strategic Role:

• The Integrated Cleaning Services Business Unit shall operate as a commercial profit centre, delivering integrated garment care, laundry and dry cleaning, commercial and residential cleaning, fumigation, pest control and facility management services to residential, commercial, corporate and institutional clients.
• Through continuous business development, service innovation and operational excellence, the Business Unit will strengthen market presence, diversify revenue streams, enhance customer value and contribute significantly to the Group's long-term growth and profitability.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
