Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling tech gadgets, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering suitable product recommendations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The Sales Representative will engage with customers in-store, online, and via phone, ensuring a seamless and positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to sales. Job Description Responsibilities: Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and sell tech gadgets to customers. Understand and meet sales targets and goals. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product features. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all products and their features. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and services. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper procedures are followed. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or technology is a plus. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or electronics industry. Strong understanding of tech gadgets and their functionalities. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Attributes: Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
