Telesales Officer
a Financial Institution - TeamAce Limited
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads to achieve sales targets.
- Engage customers, close sales, provide application support, and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Attend to customer enquiries, complaints, loan processing, and other customer requests within agreed service standards.
- Process loan transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting assigned KPIs and performance targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, products, and processes to support business improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in any field.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, direct sales, customer acquisition, or related sales roles will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Morning, day, afternoon, and evening shifts.
- Evening shifts will operate on a work-from-home basis.
- Candidates may be required to work on Saturdays, depending on their assigned shift.
Salary
- N219,950 net monthly– Target: N50 million
- N300,000 net monthly – Target: N100 million.
