Litigation Associate

Job title : Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil and criminal litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, briefs, and other court processes.
• Represent clients before Magistrate Courts, High Courts, and Appellate Courts.
• Provide legal advisory and support services to the Firm and its clients.
• Conduct extensive legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Develop case strategies and coordinate all aspects of courtroom preparation.
• Engage in negotiations, settlement discussions, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes where necessary.
