Description
- Maintain accurate daily records of all income and expenses.
- Record sales from all outlets (lounge, restaurant, bar, kitchen) and reconcile with cashier reports.
- Post all supplier invoices, market purchases, salaries, and operational expenses.
- Verify daily cash, POS, and transfer reconciliations submitted by cashiers.
- Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with company books.
- Ensure all cash lodgments are made promptly and receipts filed.
- Work with Kitchen Accountant and Storekeeper to reconcile stock and cost reports.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and overall operational cost.
- Identify leakages, wastage, pilferage, and report immediately.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
