Be the first welcome guests receive at The Living Room, YellowDoor Hotels’ restaurant and bar in Abuja. You’ll help guests feel at ease from arrival to seating, while keeping the entrance and service handoffs running smoothly in a premium, fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and respond to the occasion they are celebrating.
• Guide guests to suitable tables and check that they are comfortable.
• Manage the entrance and seating plan during busy service.
• Hand guests over promptly to a waiter or waitress.
• Follow up on guest concerns with servers and managers until resolved.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience
