- Accurately and efficiently operate cash register
- Process payments made with cash, cheque, POS, credit and debit cards.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and provide a receipt to every customer.
- Prepare and raise invoices.
- Operate POS system
- Maintain cleanand tidy checkout areas.
- Follow the company process accurately and efficiently
Key Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification.
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in retail preferable but not essential.
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment i.e. cash register, scanner, money counters.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer’s satisfaction oriented.
- Attention to details
- Sales and mathematical skills.
