Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (10am-6pm) Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant that will manage schedules, handle confidential documents, and coordinate travel arrangements, among other responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact by handling communications and correspondence
- Manage calendar ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and
- Assist with personal errands and household tasks as required.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle ad hoc projects and special assignments.
- BSc in a related field.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Female preferably.
- Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or very close proximity for easy accessibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and tools like Canvas or similar platform.
