Description
- We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Head Nurse who is available to join their healthcare team and assist in delivering quality medical care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all nursing operations within the ICU.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention, and quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence.
- Minimum of 7 years' nursing experience, with substantial experience in an ICU or Accident & Emergency (A&E) Unit.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills.
