Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Support Finance Officer in monitoring cash flow, expenses, and general financial activities
- Recording customer payments
- Monitoring outstanding invoices
- Following up on overdue payments
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assisting with statutory filing, remittances and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
- Supporting accounting compliance by maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to relevant accounting standards and company policies
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation
- Support budget tracking and expenditures to ensure effective cost control
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on financial matters
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Min Qualification:
- B.Sc. Accounting/Finance
- Relevant certification will be an added advantage
