- Academic: Ph.D. in relevant discipline. Must have a relevant First Degree and Master's degree. Possess appropriate teaching qualifications.
- Professional: Valid TRCN registration/license. Membership of Nigerian Society of Teachers if adopted by College.
- Research : Minimum of 5 scholarly journal articles in recognized national/international peer-reviewed journals. Evidence of continuing research.
- Experience : At least 6 years post-Master's academic/teaching/research experience. Evidence of: classroom teaching, course coordination, student supervision, research, academic admin, exams, curriculum development, seminars/conferences, mentoring.
- Other : Good communication, academic leadership, research supervision, ability to teach physical + online classes, ICT competence, lecture material development, participation in accreditation.
