Assistant Coldroom Storekeeper

Job Summary
- We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Assistant Coldroom Storekeeper to support the Coldroom Storekeeper in receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing frozen food products.
- The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage of products, and keeping the coldroom clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing frozen products.
- Help arrange products properly in the coldroom using the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
- Assist with issuing stock based on approved requisitions.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Help maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Monitor product condition and report damaged, expired, or spoiled items.
- Ensure the coldroom is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in monitoring coldroom temperature and report any irregularities.
- Load, unload, and move cartons and other products safely.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Coldroom Storekeeper or Management.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND in relevant discipline with 1 year working experience.
Salary
N90,000 per month.
