Betgr8 is expanding its sports betting retail operations across Nigeria, and we are looking for results-driven Area Managers to lead our retail growth and operations across the country.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for driving retail growth across your assigned location by:
- Scouting and onboarding new agents and betting shops within your assigned location.
- Managing betting shop and agent operations across your assigned location.
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies to improve growth and revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting Betgr8 brand visibility and promotional activities.
- Providing regular performance reports, market insights, and recommendations to management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in the gaming industry's retail operations; betting or fintech experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
