- We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Female Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings where necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Must have completed the NYSC programme.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, or Customer Service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
