Copywriter / Content Creator

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Copywriter/Content Creator to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms, including video content, video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable both creating engaging video content and crafting persuasive copy that strengthens our brand, engages our audience, and drives customer action.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for video scripts, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other print and digital marketing materials.
• Create engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns, including appearing in videos where necessary.
• Collaborate with the videographer and digital marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, and video scripts.
• Develop persuasive, on-brand content that aligns with the company's voice, tone, and marketing objectives.
• Research industry trends, real estate market developments, viral content, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant and impactful content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Develop compelling headlines, taglines, slogans, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage audience engagement and generate qualified leads.
• Adapt writing style to suit different platforms, formats, audiences, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with content marketing, copywriting, and digital communication trends to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in copywriting, content creation, or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to write persuasive, creative, and audience-focused content.
• Strong research, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI writing tools and content management platforms is an added advantage.
• Real estate industry experience is an added advantage.
