Sales Executive Officer (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
- Promote and sell the company's landed properties and real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Follow up on enquiries and negotiate sales to successful closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media sales will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in Benin City
